José Rinaldi

The history of our real estate agency began in 1993, with the aim of helping people in choosing the most important asset: the house. Since then, the agency has become a living part of the neighborhood, a stable point of reference for over 26 years for families who have found not only a home here, but often also a human relationship made up of trust and closeness.

At the helm is still José Rinaldi, who still administers the agency in Piazza Leopoldo. In 2000, the second location was born in Piazza Pietro Leopoldo: a shop with two windows that immediately became part of the life of the neighborhood, so much so that even today there are those who stop in front not only to ask for information about a property, but also just to exchange a few words.

Today, the team pursues the same philosophy as then: combining technical and legal preparation with a deep focus on relationships. Our strength, built over the years, is not only in professionalism, but in the ability to listen and accompany each family with care, step by step, in such an important moment as the purchase or sale of a house.

Because for us, real estate is not just work: it is participating in people’s stories, and this is what has always distinguished us.

Vanessa, after studying literature, has gained a long experience in the real estate market. She has been part of Rinaldi Real Estate for 10 years, where she became coordinator of Rinaldi Luxury’s senior agents. Expert in problem solving and customer care.

Filippo began his professional career in our agency in 2016, dealing with residential rentals, and winning the “Best agent in rentals” award. Today he is in charge of the Rentals sector, distinguishing himself for seriousness and attention to the customer.

Fabio, with 20 years of experience in the real estate market and 10 years in the Josè Rinaldi team, where he honed his skills with passion, stands out for his negotiation skills and a natural intuition in solving every challenge with care and dedication.

Alessio has been working in the real estate sector since 2006 and has a Doctor in Marketing and Management of Cultural Heritage. An expert in analysis and retrieval of documents, he stands out for his ability to build solid relationships with customers and for his patient attention in defining tailor-made strategies.

Lorenzo is a real estate consultant and sales associate, with strong negotiation skills and customer orientation. He knows how to listen to the customer’s needs and carefully manages effective marketing plans to enhance each property, guaranteeing an excellent and professional service.

Andrea is the owner, co-founder and organizational director of Rinaldi Affitti Brevi S.r.l. With a deep knowledge of tourist flows and the strategic management of short-term rentals, he supports owners in the enhancement of properties, devising the most effective strategies to increase profitability.

Aurora, property manager of Rinaldi Affitti Brevi S.r.l. in Florence, welcomes guests with attention and care, following every phase of arrivals and departures. Thanks to his experience in customer service and talent in problem solving, he makes every stay a pleasant and carefree experience.

Selene is the administrative manager of Rinaldi Affitti Brevi S.r.l. With dedication and care, she follows all tax and regulatory obligations for owners, from the dry coupon to the tourist tax, ensuring careful planning and offering constant support.
