Florence is a city that you don’t just visit: you experience. It is with this conviction that Rinaldi Affitti Brevi, the division of Rinaldi Holding specializing in the management of properties intended for tourist and seasonal stays, was born. Our mission is to offer travelers from all over the world the opportunity to discover the city with the freedom and comfort of feeling at home, even if only for a few days.

The apartments we manage are not simply lodgings, but spaces designed to welcome: well-appointed, located in strategic areas-from the heart of the historic center to the most authentic neighborhoods-and equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and carefree. Those who choose Rinaldi Affitti Brevi find not just an accommodation, but an experience, made up of attention, hospitality and small details that make all the difference.

At the same time, landlords who rely on us can count on complete and secure management: from property promotion to guest selection and daily care. In this way we enhance the value of each property, ensuring profitability and peace of mind for those who decide to make their homes available.

With Rinaldi Affitti Brevi we make the beauty of Florence accessible in a new way, turning every stay into a special memory and every property into a real opportunity.
